This policy explains what Optivus Corporation Private Limited collects when you use Royal Biodata, and why.

Your biodata stays on your device

The details and photo you enter are saved only in your own browser so you can come back to them. They are not sent to our servers. The PDF and image are created on your device. Clearing your browser data deletes your saved biodata.

What we collect

• When you sign in to buy premium designs: your name and email address, through our sign-in provider, Clerk.
• When you pay: a record of the payment (order number, amount and date) from Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details stay with Razorpay.
• Basic technical logs from our hosting provider, such as the time of a request, kept for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To unlock the designs you paid for on any device you sign in from.
• To answer you when you write to us, and to process refunds.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Clerk, for sign-in.
• Razorpay, for payments.
• Vercel, for hosting the website.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

To see or delete the account information we hold, write to advik@optivustechnologies.com and we will act on it within 30 days.
